Zone 1 - $100.00 for the first hour with a $35.00 travel rate for the first hour and then billed at $50.00 per 1/2 hour increments there after.

Zone 2 - 100.00 for the first hour with a $45.00 travel rate and then billed at $50.00 per 1/2 hour increments there after.

Zone 3 - $100.00 for the first hour with a $55.00 travel rate and then billed at $50.00 per 1/2 hour increments there after.

Overtime rates are at $150.00 per hour with the appropiate travel charge then billed at 1 hour increments. Overtime starts at 5pm Monday - Friday and all day Saturday with a 2 hour minimum.

Holiday and Sundays are billed at $200.00 an hour time with a 4 hour minimum, then billed at 1 hour increments there after.

With a Maintenance Agreement most of this would have been covered!
